1/2 Oz Absinthe
1 sugar cube
Peychaud's bitters to taste
In a stirring glass, soak the sugar cube with Peychaud's bitter and muddle to crush the cube.
Add Cyrano and stir with ice.
Rinse and Old Fashioned glass with absinthe, swirl it around and discard the liquid.
Pour the Cyrano mixture into the absinthe-rinsed glass.
Garnish with a lemon twist
